§ 1. Data Controller
- The controller of the personal data of Users of https://capitalcareerclub.com is MAKE IT IN POLAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (MAKE IT IN POLAND Sp. z o.o.), with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Krochmalna 32A/27, 00-682 Warszawa, Poland, KRS: 0001258615, NIP: 5273231267, REGON: 545421662.

- Data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR, known in Poland as RODO) and the Polish Personal Data Protection Act.
§ 2. Scope and Purposes of Processing
- The Controller processes the following categories of personal data:
- Full name, e-mail address, telephone number – provided when ordering services and in contact forms.
- PESEL number – solely to the extent necessary to conclude and perform the service contract (the Career Representation Agreement) in accordance with Polish law.
- Transaction data – transmitted to and processed by the payment operators; the Controller does not process or store full payment card details.
- Personal data is processed for the following purposes and on the following bases:
- Conclusion and performance of the service contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Compliance with tax and accounting obligations, including the issuing of sales documents – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
- Handling enquiries and complaints, and marketing the Controller's own services, which constitute its legitimate interest – Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Providing data is voluntary, but it is necessary in order to conclude the contract and use the Services. Failure to provide the data makes it impossible to fulfil an order.
§ 3. Data Recipients
- Personal data may be shared only with entities cooperating with the Controller, to the extent necessary to deliver the Services, in particular:
- Payment operators – PayPro S.A. (Przelewy24), ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, KRS: 0000347935, and PayU S.A., ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań.
- Hosting and website infrastructure providers – Vercel Inc.
- Online meeting scheduling provider – Calendly LLC.
- Entities providing accounting and legal services to the Controller.
- Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where such an obligation arises from the law.
- Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, this takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
§ 4. Retention Period
- Data processed in order to perform the contract is stored for the duration of the contract and then for the period during which claims may be brought.
- Data contained in accounting records is stored for 5 years, counted from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline fell.
- Data processed on the basis of legitimate interest is stored until an effective objection is raised.
§ 5. Rights of the Data Subject
- Every data subject has the right to:
- access their data and obtain a copy of it,
- rectify (correct) their data,
- erasure of their data (the “right to be forgotten”),
- restrict the processing of their data,
- data portability to another controller,
- object to the processing of their data,
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal.

- The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
§ 7. Final Provisions
- The Controller applies technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data it processes, appropriate to the risks and to the categories of data protected.
- Matters not governed by this Privacy Policy are subject to the GDPR and to Polish law.
- The Controller reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. The current version is always published on the Website. The rules for using the Services are set out in the Terms & Conditions.
- This Privacy Policy is also published in a Polish-language version. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Polish version prevails for persons resident in Poland.
