§ 1. General Provisions
- The owner of the website and the provider of the services available at https://capitalcareerclub.com is MAKE IT IN POLAND SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ (MAKE IT IN POLAND Sp. z o.o.), with its registered office in Warsaw at ul. Krochmalna 32A/27, 00-682 Warszawa, Poland, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001258615, NIP (tax ID): 5273231267, REGON (statistical number): 545421662.
- The Service Provider can be contacted by e-mail at aziz@capitalcareerclub.com and by telephone at +48 739 451 075.
- These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the website, placing orders for advisory, consulting and training services, the rules for making payments, the right of withdrawal from the contract, and the complaints procedure.
§ 2. Definitions
- Service Provider / Seller – MAKE IT IN POLAND Sp. z o.o.
- Client / User – a natural person, a legal person, or an organisational unit without legal personality using the Services.
- Website – the website operating at capitalcareerclub.com.
- Services – career advisory services, career consultations, preparation of application documents, and online educational courses.
§ 3. Provision of Services by Electronic Means
- To use the Website, the Client needs a device with access to the Internet and a standard web browser.
- The Service Provider provides services by electronic means in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
§ 4. Orders and Payments
- The prices of services shown on the Website are gross prices (including VAT where applicable) expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
- The Client may pay through the following secure online payment operators:
- Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A., with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Pastelowa 8, 60-198 Poznań, KRS: 0000347935).
- PayU S.A. (with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Grunwaldzka 186, 60-166 Poznań).
- Available payment methods include: instant online bank transfers, payment cards (Visa/Mastercard), BLIK mobile payments, and instalment or deferred payments.
- Placing an order requires acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the Privacy Policy by ticking the relevant box in the checkout form.
- An order is considered paid at the moment a positive authorisation is received from the payment operator.
§ 5. Service Delivery and Completion Timeline
- Start of Service: Service execution begins within 24 to 48 hours following payment confirmation and the receipt of completed intake documentation from the Client.
- Duration of Service: Program onboarding and material reconstruction (CV and LinkedIn profile optimization) are completed within 5 business days. Direct application management and executive outreach are provided continuously until the Client secures a signed offer of employment or for the period agreed upon in the individual agreement.
§ 6. Right of Withdrawal
- A Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the date the contract was concluded.
- A withdrawal statement should be sent electronically to: aziz@capitalcareerclub.com.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply where the service has been performed in full with the Consumer's express consent before the withdrawal period has expired.
§ 7. Complaints Procedure
- The Client has the right to file a complaint in the event of non-performance or improper performance of a service.
- Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to: aziz@capitalcareerclub.com.
- A complaint will be considered within 14 days of the date it is received, and the response will be sent to the Client's e-mail address.
§ 8. Personal Data Protection
- The controller of personal data is MAKE IT IN POLAND Sp. z o.o.
- Detailed information on the processing of personal data and the use of cookies is set out in the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
§ 9. Final Provisions
- Matters not governed by these Terms & Conditions are subject to Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code (Kodeks Cywilny) and the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta).
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. Amendments do not affect orders placed before they come into force.
- These Terms & Conditions are also published in a Polish-language version. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Polish version prevails for Consumers resident in Poland.
